ELECTRICIAN

JOB ROLE 

Electrician-Cadman Design and Build Ltd.

We are looking for a highly experienced and knowledgeable electrician required for on-going works covering predominantly South West London. Most of our projects are loft conversions, extensions and full property renovations. The ideal candidate will be able to perform electrical tasks to a high standard and have multi trade skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Rewiring

• Fuse board replacements and upgrades

• All lighting installations-indoor and outdoor

• Appliance connections (e.g. cookers, extractor fans etc)

• Install sockets, lights, underfloor heating

• Fault finding and repairs

• Be able to provide a high quality of workmanship in accordance with NICEIC regulations and the latest BS7671 wiring regulations.

• Work as a part of a team and undertake other such duties as required.

ABOUT YOU

• ​Highly experienced (3-5yrs)

• Elecsa/NICEIC registered/ECS Gold Card electrician/JIB Gold Card electrician.

• Strong multi skilled background.

• Must have own tools and transport.

• CIS registered

• Electricians must have ECS or CSCS

• Polite and able to establish rapport with clients and operatives.

• Good English speaker

Contract 

• Preferred start date: July/August/September 2018

• Salary: £130 to £170 per day

• Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
